Paul McCulloch

CEO

Paul started his career as a bank examiner for the U.S. Treasury, OCC.  Soon thereafter, he created and managed several Lloyds of London programs, insuring various sizes of financial institutions as well as large commercial companies such as Wal-Mart and GMAC.   A serial entrepreneur, Paul has founded several technology companies, two of which were Goldleaf Technologies and MCN Interactive, where he served as CEO (respectively).   Goldleaf was a pioneer in building and hosting over 1,000 regulatory compliant bank websites and was the first to develop a web-based ACH processing software utilized by over 3,000 financial institutions. Goldleaf also filed a patent as the first web-based provider of Check 21 compliant software to process scanned checks from small businesses for community banks nationwide.  MCN Interactive was a leading digital agency in Nashville that designed high-end websites, content management systems and eCommerce platforms for iconic music artists and corporations such as; Kenny Chesney, LadyA, Toby Keith, Kenny Rogers, Cracker Barrel, United Methodist Communications and a host of others throughout the company’s 17-year existence.  Besides serving as CEO for Lendovative Technologies, Inc., Paul also holds the same position for CBC Underwriters, Inc. which provides specialty insurance solutions to financial institutions.

Pat True

President

Pat is a former commercial lender and lending technology specialist. From 1995 through early 2022, he served in several positions with Jack Henry & Associates, including Director of Banking Services and Director of Risk Management. Prior to joining Jack Henry, Pat served as Senior Vice President in the Business Banking Division of NationsBank. He is a graduate of Belmont University with a master’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University. He is the author of numerous blogs and banking journal articles, including the RMA Journal, the Journal of Lending & Credit Risk Management, CU Times, and BAI Banking Strategies. He is also the author of a motivational book entitled From the River to the Rat Race, which recounts his previous eight-year career as a riverboat pilot.

Lang Scott

Director of Client Experience

A two-time Grammy-winning musician and recording artist, Lang also has an extensive background in technology. Having been the head of Web Development at Goldleaf Technologies (later acquired by Jack Henry), Lang supervised a large team of graphic designers, programmers, and account managers in creating, launching and maintaining over 1000 websites for Financial Institutions across the country. Upon leaving Goldleaf, Lang co-founded MCN Interactive, a digital agency in Nashville that designed websites, Content Management Systems, and eCommerce platforms for iconic music artists and corporations. Having owned his own company for 17 years, Lang understands the importance of putting the client’s needs first and assisting them in achieving their objectives.

L. Barrington Allen

Solutions Specialist

Barrington Allen has a long history serving as a top sales professional in the telecommunications, banking, and pharmaceutical industries. His previous work experience includes Cellular One (now Verizon), First Union Bank in Nashville, and Schering-Plough (now Merck & Co., Inc).   Allen’s accomplishments in sales, training/motivation and district management have won him several awards for top sales performance by exceeding targets and expectations.  At First Union Bank, Allen served as a Financial Consultant on Music Row, specializing in Private Banking for the entertainment industry.  In 2011, Allen launched Total Life Victory, an organization dedicated to teaching about the importance of the Hebraic foundation of Christianity and authored a book of the same name. He is also a sought-after speaker on the subject and appears regularly on syndicated TV and radio programs. In 2021, Allen founded Cush Publishing, releasing his first published work and audiobook. Allen holds a degree from Biola University in La Mirada, CA in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Apologetics, Industrial Psychology and Business Management.  Of Jamaican heritage, Barrington moved to Nashville in the mid 90’s as a reggae recording artist for Gotee Records, whereby he earned himself a Dove Award nomination for his music and talent.  Barrington is passionate about life and brings that same passion to the Lendovative team in providing effective solutions to financial institutions.

Brian has over 25 years’ experience as CIO/CTO/COO of several fintech companies including startups, rapid growth, turn-around, and mature companies.  He has held C-Level positions at financial service providers Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Qdebit, Tecniflex, and Imagic Corporation.  Other roles include Cloud Transition Executive at Xerox Business Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Computer Sciences Corporation .  His expertise in software design, cloud security, cloud infrastructure design, industry compliance, and business continuity have helped dozens of businesses provide valuable and profitable services to their valued clients.  As a business owner, Brian always places needs of the business and their clients at the forefront.

Brian has written several cloud best practices articles and is a graduate of Chattanooga State College and holds numerous active cloud vendor certifications.
